I forgot to use my promo code.
If you forgot to use a promo code at check out, it's best to place a new order with the code and have us cancel the previous order.
Please email us as soon as possible with the order number of the original order so we can cancel it before it processes.
Please note, promo codes are not combable and you may only use one promo code per order.
Returns
What's the status of my return?
If you've initiated your return in our Returns Center, you will get an email confirmation when we've received your item(s). During busy periods such as sales and holidays, additional processing time may be required.
For refunds, please allow up to several business days for your refund to be reflected in your account. If your return does not meet the conditions stated in our return policy (items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged with all original tags attached), the package will be sent back to you.
I'm outside the return window.
We accept returns of unworn and undamaged items a few days from the date you place your order.
If you would like to request a return authorization outside the return window, your request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please email us with your order number and the reason for your return.
How do I print a return shipping label?
If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, please visit our Returns Center to initiate your return.
Once you've entered your email address in the Return Center, we will email you a personalized link with step-by-step instructions to initiate your return. You will be able to download or print a shipping label at this stage. (A separate email will also be sent with your return shipping label).
If you would like to return items from multiple orders, please initiate the return for each order separately and print and return the orders with their designated. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return and refund.
Please note: Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned or exchanged.
